Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after they are received. We will send notification via email when your order has been confirmed and when the order has been sent. There may be delays in delivering orders to your country due to reasons beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Downloadable products
All the downloads are good for 24 hours. If they are unused within that time, they will expire.
All the downloads purchased on the website are not subject to return or exchange.
If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, Dubnitskiyshop.com can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, exchange a file.
The foundation of reconsideration of the fact of purchasing file(s) is customer's request in the support service by dubnitskiyshop@gmail.com with the indication of his/her unique identification file number and reasons stating why the file(s) is (are) unsatisfactory.
The criteria in accordance to which the file(s) is (are) considered unsatisfactory are determined by the specialists of Dubnitskiyshop.com in each case, upon agreement with the customer.
Dubnitskiyshop.com reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any file, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution.
Downloads dues are non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances.
Physical products
Returns are only accepted for purchases made within USA.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a return is required, please send an email to dubnitskiyshop@gmail.com including your order number and reason of return. We will write you back and send you a return shipping label within the next 48 hours after receiving your email.
Each customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Therefore, once the product returned is received at our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the money to the credit card or paypal account used for payment, minus $6.99 for the cost of the return shipping label.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email with the status of your refund within the next 48 hours.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
